Question 2004 LS430 Bluetooth connection question

My LS430 makes a successful bluetooth connection with my current Tracfone flip-phone. The issue is that Tracfone has notified me that I must replace my phone before the end of the year because it will be obsoleted. I believe that it has something to do with my present phone is not 3 or 4 or 5g compatible. Replacing the phone is not a problem. My specific question is when I upgrade the phone to a more current model, will the new phone's bluetooth still work with my 2004 LS's system or will there be a compatibility problem due to the bluetooth version in the new phone not connecting with my old car's system.

Bluetooth is backwards compatible so you should be fine!

Yup, my current model iPhone XS works perfectly with the car's Bluetooth. Of course, the car's native BT is absolute dog trash, so I have a USA-SPEC BT45-TOY for both calls as well as BT audio streaming, which works much better.

Will this work with 2006 SC430?
