A few weeks ago, the original link housing popped off of the bushing attached to the stabilizer bar front passenger side. I replaced both sides (front end) on Saturday with Beck Arnley links. Today, making a routine right turn on flat road, I felt a pop under my feet. Driver side link did exact same thing.
I recently replaced following parts on front end. Struts, strut mounts, lower ball joints, tie rod ends, stabilzer bar bushings.
Are you using the large washers on the nut side or are you just installing the end link and nut?
Thats exactly what I did. Looking back at my photos, it looks like the large washer on the old link is on the wrong side. When I installed the struts, I had to detach the link at the stabilizer bar, and apparently put the washer on the wrong side.
Did the same on new installs. I'll remove them this afternoon, press the bushing back into the housing, and install them both correctly.

Good catch. Thank you.
I only asked as I just recently changed mine as well, and had the nuts come loose. Glad you realized it after I mentioned the washer.
your problem is Beck Arnley is garbage. I would not use anything other than OEM for something like this, otherwise you're going to be replacing them every couple of months.

You mentioned that the struts were replaced recent. I noticed you re-install the lower bolt in the wrong direction (See circled in red - the nut should be facing away from this link). This may be a long shot, but I suspect the nut is making contact with the link and damaging it.

I will take a look at everything tomorrow. The washer being on the wrong side is most likely the cause. That has been fixed. However, I will take a look at the link to see if the bolt is making any contact with it, and reverse the bolt's direction regardless.
