Default After 9 years it finally happened

Here is the damages.the rear quarter panel is rippled, and the spare tire was very hard to get out due to the intrusion of the trunk.the trunk opens and closes if you can believe it.
Wife got hit in the rear today by a teen driver not focused on driving. Looks totaled
Cop in front of her turn on his lights to pull a driver over and cop hit his brakes and so did my wife but not the driver behind her.will put up pictures later and nobody was hurt..

Great that you were unhurt.....Sad that you might lose your irreplaceable car....But it's only a car.

So, just why is everyone so obsessed with their phones that they actually refuse to safely drive their cars? I am offended that I am put at risk every time I drive my car in todays traffic. My prediction: Technology will be the ruination of civilization! Most of the new developed technology is actually "a solution looking for a problem". Unbelievable!

Sorry this happened to you guys. Good to hear your wife was not hurt. Be careful to watch her for a few days to make sure she really is OK. Based on a female family member's experience, pain/damage in neck and jaw (whiplash injury) can take a few days to be evident and it can last for months. Ask her is she has any pain or stiffness when bending her neck all the way back and then looking up at the ceiling - pain at that point usually means there is some injury.

Just curious, did any air bags go off? I assume not if hit in rear.

Glad it didn't turn out worse..

When we got rear-ended years ago, it put my wife in the hospital (we were driving my old 2002 Bonneville)

Classic case of sitting at a stop light and getting hit by a car doing 35-ish....

Any photos of the LS yet???
