Default Fender help

So I recently purchased my one owner 04 UL and as it is very clean inside the body is fairly good condition too but the fender could use some work, but I would like to purchase a whole new fender, does anyone know any reputable brands, for an oem fit painted or unpainted, thanks in advance, also does anyone know what this is on the trunk it has a wire running to the trunk liner towards backseat

I would not purchase aftermarket, i would look at junkyards to get a used fender. You might even get lucky and find a black one, black is a common color on the LS430

Looks like a GPS antenna, or maybe Satellite Radio.
As for the fender, is it not repairable?
It'll have to be pretty badly mangled to not be repairable.

It is the antenna for satellite radio. In 2004 to 2006, it was a dealer installed or "port" installed option, If you don't have or want SiriusXM, you can remove it. If you do want it, many have used other locations, such as inside the third brake light on the rear deck. If you search, you will find a lot of information on the topic.

Looks like it was a rookie PDR (paintless dent repair) done with the back of a screwdriver by the previous owner. A professional/experienced PDR tech would have done a slightly better job. You should get some quotes from local PDR shops, maybe one of them can fix it up for a reasonable price. If you are dead set on getting a new panel, OEM obviously has the best form, fit, and finish. Your local Toyota/Lexus/insurance collision repair centre can quote you on the parts and labour involved.
