I had "systems" in many of my cars.
I thought I was going to leave this car stock, but as many know, it's difficult to go back to factory sound.
It came out pretty clean, and the sound is amazing. The subwoofer in the trunk is pointed up (where the 8 inch factory "sub" was).
The sub box was custom built - and the amps are attached to it as well. (they put in a little divider wall to separate the box from the trunk area)
I had Morel subs on my last few cars, and JL before that. I've never had any Kicker product before, but it sounds great.
(I didn't do any of this work myself)
Pioneer AVH-2440NEX
Hertz MLK 165.3 Mille Legend (front)
Hertz CPX 165 (Rear)
Kicker CompQ 12 inch (sub)
Looks clean. I am working on my install hopefully this spring time. I do have a question, where did you get the tweeter pod? I was planning on making my own custom pods in the A-pillar, but like your setup.
Thanks!
I had a shop do the install - not sure where they found the pods. They said the stock location for the tweeters was tough to get to - they could have done it, but it was going to cost more in labor.
Thanks!

Yep, from the research I've done, the dash has to come out in order to remove the factory tweeter assembly. Thanks for the quick reply.
