Hi All,

A few weeks ago I picked up an 01 LS430. Condition as far as I am concerned is pristine, and only 62K. I am sure I will have plenty of questions. Crazy that the window sticker says 68,740, in 2001! Thanks in advance!

Bob

No way, was this the one I saw floating around on CT Craigslist a little while ago?

Hmm, no idea. I found it on CL in Boston, so quite possible.

And a UL to boot. Great find. Thanks for the picture and love the color.
How does this happen?

Thanks! Not much of a story behind it. I was debating 430s and 460s for a week or so. After speaking with a friend in auto advertising he was adamant to get the 430. Found it on Craigslist within a week or so of looking. Correct, my understanding is that it has the UL package with ECRU and a somewhat rare wood grain. Not entirely sure, still learning.

It looks like you picked up a real gem (in the best color combination IMHO) - congrats! Your wood was standard with the Ecru interior IIRC.

In case you may not know but the UL's are a little more rare.

2001 - 31,473 : 5857 = 19%

2002 - 27,033 : 4007 = 15%

2003 - 21,461 : 3467 = 16%

2004 - 31,697 : 1687 = 5%

2005 - 28,902 : 552 = 2%

2006 - 27,000 (???) : 101 = < 1%
