04 430 radio issues
Haven't been on here for a while but knew if anyone was going to be able to help fix this it would be someone here. So this started about 4 months ago but seems like its gradually getting worst. When I start the car the radio doesn't turn on immediately. Sometimes it takes upwards of 15minutes to finally produce sound. If I use the car more frequently it usually turns on faster but if it sits for a day or more then it takes a long time. When I turn the car on it shows the bluetooth not sync'd screen and that the nav disc needs to be updated but that's been like that for years. So my question is has this happened to anyone else? Any remedies? Lastly does anyone have a deck for sale haha

I have the same issue as well and also looking for a solution. Sometimes the speakers crackle and pop before it turns on. I just keep turning it off and on again, not sure how effective that really is. But eventually it will turn on, either by itself over time, or after I've hit off and on on both the dash and the steering wheel like 20 times. The screen on the radio is functioning (I have the non nav trim w/o ML). And once it turns on, there doesn't seem to be any issues with the sound quality. I have no idea why it does that and how to fix it!
