Default Steering wheel /horn

More problems got in my 05 LS no volume functions on steering wheel , stations presets don’t work and no horn , now if I turn the wheel slightly to the right everything works ?
Any body have any insight to this?

Probably the clockspring as the symptoms change when you turn the steering wheel.

It is the Clockspring within the steering wheel assembly. I had the same issue with my 2001 LS430 last year.

how hard of a job is this to replace? any detail instructions and how much is the part

I agree with everyone else. Mine used to do the same thing. Eventually it got worse and stopped working all together.

I replaced my clock spring and now everything is working great. It's so nice to be able to control the radio from the steering wheel again & to have a horn, lol.

Ok well I have to get it fixed I miss way too much the radio controls , but im way to scared of messing with steering columns and air bags and so forth , so any idea of what a good price would be to get this repaired ? Parts and labor
