2004 Lexus 430 LS My local mechanic said go to Lexus as they could not find the source of an intermittent low pitched rubbing noise that seems to come from the front section of the car's chassis.

Any thoughts on what it might be? They also said I could keep driving it until the source of the noise becomes more detectable. It comes on after acceleration to say 40 mph then when coasting it shows up.
