There is a Youtube video that shows you how to remove the sound system and another video that shows you how to take the CD player apart to get the discs out. I took mine apart because I had a stuck CD that would not eject. It was a real pain in the butt and I fubar'd a little tiny spring in the CD player when I did it. It is kind of a difficult DYI. If you cannot get the CD out, find a car stereo shop that has experience working on Lexus/Toyota 6 CD changers. It is really not difficult to remove the sound system and drop it off at the car stereo shop for repair, They can probably fix it in a day or two.

Thanks Biz Eagle , Yes it is pretty easy to get out I saw the video , but no way I will take it apart I know I will mess it up and I called a couple of stereo places music in motion and Audio Tec both told me they don't repair them any more they have to send out to the east coast where they will repair them and it takes a couple of weeks , so I will search farther if someone around me can fix , I was hoping there was a fuse blown or something lol, but thanks for the help appreciate it

does anybody know what an error code is supposed to mean and can it be fixed by an owner or do you need a tech for the repair? I am showing an error code 3.
