I recently installed the USA Spec BT45-TOY Bluetooth unit.
In our 2004, it uses the AM/SAT function (SAT portion). To hook it up, I unplug the small plug (the one you noted) in the back and piggy back it on to the BT45-TOY cable. The splitter then hooks back into the small plug on the back of the stereo.
Once hooked up, I have two functions off the AM/SAT. Function 1 is AM radio. Function 2 gives me bluetooth and AUX input (preset 4 and 6 respectively).
So, the small plug is both AM/SAT input. I paid ~$120 for the BT45-TOY. It is a great product. Easy to install and tremendous sound from my smartphone.
I do not have Mini-disc or TV, so I am only guessing as to what the small plug is on your Celsior.
