I'm looking at an LS and asked the seller (dealer) to do a print out of all service done on the car. There's an entry that says "DRIVEBELT ~ ~DRIVE BELTS, REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION ~ ~ ~ ~REPLACE WORN DRIVE BELT". I've attached a photo below. Does anyone know for sure if that's Lexus dealer tech-speak for the timing belt?

I've seen the word drivebelt referred to in another Lexus service history and they were definitely talking about the serpentine belt and not the timing belt...
A drive belt is ALWAYS referred to the serpentine. IF you are second guessing whether it has been performed or not, it is time to save your sheckles. I recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. Although I am biased because I run the show at my location; coast to coast it is a 24/24 warranty whichever comes LAST. They have great techs and back up labor and parts. Even if a failure happens somewhere else, they work with your closest shop.

According to the picture of sticker timing belt as well.
Take a good flashlight and eyeball it for cracks or small chunks gone. A smooth, no cracks belt is what you’re looking for...anything less and it’s time to change it. Some belts get slick and squeal as they age, so folks then spray them down to stop the squeal, but soon the spray attracts dirt and the belt fails.
Do this yourself and it’s a good skill to hsve. I never go by mileage alone.
