List of codes??
Warning lights Check VSC, check engine, Track off have generated fail code PL 411. Is there a list of failure codes here. Put new gas cap on today and cleared the fail code which DID turn lights off. Hoping they stay that way. 2004 LS430. Jim in Chicago
Just re-read my notes: PL411 was about 6-8 mos ago and Oxy sensors was the fix. Same lights now and P0441 is the code. What is that one?????

Yeah, 441 is part of the Evaporative system. Possibly a vacuum leak or simply a gas cap that has not seated tightly, or the seal has dried out on the cap and there's no negative pressure in the tank.
Do you hear the normal hiss when you remove the gas cap?
