Default Heavy steering wheel

2002 ls430 I have changed the power steering pump and rack and pinion the longer I drive it’s the harder the power steering gets and the was a problem I had before changing parts. Can somebody please help me

Yes I did and I can assume the selonoid is an Eletrical component

I will check with my mechanic because I cannot remember seeing him attached any thing to the rack

You sent picture from another fuse box. RKW offered you to check your “fuse box in the driver’s side kick panel”. Locate the appropriate fuse at number 13 called ABS-IG and visually verify if it is not burnt or broken. On cars like LS430 it is always good to start at checking fuses first.
