Default Motor mounts

Took my 08 LS 460 to another mechanic after replacing the starter (from another shop) and found out I will need to replace the passenger side motor mount. The car never felt the same after getting it from the first shop. It vibrates and sounds like a Diesel engine when running. The odd thing is the car vibrates when putting it in drive or reverse. Anyway,

My my question is, should I replace both sides since I’m getting it done? If so, do I replace them at the same time or one at a time since the engine will need to be supported/lifted? Any help would be appreciated.
