How to cycle/load- unload suspension

Default How to cycle/load- unload suspension

Can some one please tell me how to do this/what it means i am recieving my uca camber arms and lca bushings/brackets tomorow. I am just reading up on the torque specs and this was on figs website.

"verify clean cyling with suspension by loading and unloading. While suspension is loaded,"

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just speculation here... Loading the suspension means applying weight on the car to compress the spring, and unloading means allowing the spring to return to the original height. So, "verify clean cyling with suspension by loading and unloading" means moving the upper control arm up and down to make sure you're not hitting/rubbing on anything.
