Default Diy lowering springs or coilovers?

I've been looking for a write up with pics. For either any help would be great. I can only find ls400 and gs 2nd gen

For the fronts your best bet is to undo the nut from the balljoint on the upper control arm to let the knuckle drop for easier installation, for the rear take out the rear seat top and bottom the rear deck lid remove the old install the new and badda bing badda boom smooth like butta.

For the springs you speak of that simple as removing the strut and removing the stock springs with a spring compressor there is numerous videos online that shoe how, i would recommend the mighty car mods one.

for the install no its super easy but to adjust the ride height you need the spanner wrenches that should come with your coilovers also word of advice when you get the coilovers if they have dampening settings figure out how many it is like lets say they have 30 dampning settings turn your **** on top all the way to the left or right and then count 15 clicks that way your ride dampning is set in the middle and you can adjust either soft or hard by 1-2 clicks at a time to get the ride you desire...please let me know if you understand what i am saying i dont always explain things the greatest
