Does anyone have any idea how to get to the tweeter on the dash board I would like to know if anyone has any first hand knowledge I'm doing this, or if someone has instructions on how to dissemble the dash to get to the tweeters it would be even better. I have read threads on it but there has been no pictures or any write ups nothing it is a very unexplored area.

Here are the pages from the repair manual on removal of the dashboard. It's a lot of work just to get to the tweeters, and you may break a few things along the way.
If your existing tweeters are failing, you may consider replacing the front door speakers with a pair of 2-way coaxial full-range speakers. The tweeters on the 2-way speakers will take the place of the existing/failing tweeters. Be sure to select the 8-ohm version for the Mark Levinson system.

I recall reading somewhere on here it's possible to remove the passenger side tweeter assembly without removing the dash, but still not easy. I'm in between doing custom a-pillar pods or making custom pods in the corner of the doors.
Correct, the covers can be popped off and that's all that is stated from that thread (post 4), however the bolts/screws that hold the assemblies in that aren't accessible from the top. At least that's what has been said and explained in reference to the ML system. It is a tweeter and mid range assembly.

This is my question can I just pop the grill of put a tweeter in there push the wiring down and then call it a day? It's 10° out right now and I am not trying to be prying brittle plastic apart on my ls lol

That I am not sure of. When I was looking for replacement covers in case I broke mine I never took them off to look. Glad I didn't as all the dealers I tried to order the covers from said they are no longer available. I am not sure of how much space is there to work with while the OEM tweeters/mid-range are there.
If you check this thread, starting at post #21, you'll see a member pulled the covers off and tore apart the factory assembly and glued replacement tweeters to the grill covers.

Thank you very much that is making me think that there is probably a good chance it would fit either that or I am just going to leave it I don't want to ha e to search high and low for tweeter grills and pay $1000 for a pair yah know maybe I will just do a pillar mount tweeter....decision decisions lol

No problem. I was going through the same thing you are now. Pop the covers off and make them fit. Buy a second set of grill covers and make custom pods there, etc. I still have not installed my speakers, sub and amps yet as I finally decided to make a-pillar pods. Ordered a couple used a-pillar trim pieces off eBay to play with and see how it goes. Probably won't happen until spring/summer.

Same my cars away for the winter I am kicking my *** I purchased the wrong beatsonic kit for almost $450 and I can't get rid of it I did not realize the celsior has different wiring than the ls430 so I now have a useless beatsonic kit i cant even sell. What are you planning on running? I am going to install mb quart front rear with tweeters and crossovers mb quart amp, 3 jl audio 10's and a pioneer or alpine 7 inch dvd headunit.
I might just cut out part of the door panel and put the tweeters in there like they are in the rear.

I've installed my Pioneer AVIC-8200NEX with backup camera and run the RCA's and amp remote wire (not fun). I am using the Beatsonic kit now with my Pioneer. I'll be using Image Dynamics (CTX65CS) components in all 4 doors, 12" SKAR sub and SSA amps. I have a set of Exodus Anarchy mid-bass/range speakers, but they are deep and I'm not sure if they'll fit the doors yet.
I used MB Quarts years ago and loved the clarity, and they got loud without distorting, but required a good amount of power.
