Wow, a bad situation just turned out to be great for me. I just went down to my local junk yard, and after a short conversation with the young gals behind the counter I have a seat coming in LK03 for only $60!!!!

I told a 27 year old girl she looked like she was young 20's. At 53 they all look like they are in their young 20's. They gave me the friendly discount

I am just waiting for the Ebay seller to cancel my wrong color $300 seat.

How did you finally get the right color Coug?

Is it in the VIN?

Thanks, I'd like to touch mine up with the proper color. Must be color paints fillers available.

I am good to go, Ebay seller cancelled my order, was able to change it in time.

Now I wait to get my rear seat on Tuesday.

Looking forward to my last repair pending from my mechanics special.
i enjoyed it and got to know more about the car in the process.
Getting ready for a few years of problem free ownership.

Just got a call, the wrecking yard pulled the seat and it was really damaged? So they cancelled the order and did not have another seat in the system to replace it with.
that was a fun loop, ( not) lots of wasted time and effort on the poor sellers part. Still on the hunt....

http://www.car-part.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi

Coug, I have used this outfit for different rides over the years.

I think they use the same database as most wreckers in the states use in house.

Did a quick search for my 06 and they had some hits... Hope this or the lead above works out for ya.
