Default What gear oil type should I use to replace rear differential ?

I am servicing a 2006 LS-430. The manual does not specify if gear oil is synthetic or not. Is there a risk of replacing synthetic if not previously used and can I use a non Toyota brand?.
Thanks

Mobil 1 Synthetic 75-90 is readily available at places like Autozone.

I had the indie do it but supplied the Mobil 1 75-90....used a coupon to get around 20% off and ordered online at Advance Auto. Also ordered some new crush washers 12157-10010, 2 are needed @ $1.50 ea. I decided to get 10 @ $11.50 shipped (not sure that made sense).
