New Exhaust
Has anyone replaced their LS430 exhaust with an aftermarket type?
If so, what are your recommendations and what was the cost.
Lately, I smell exhaust on start up and occasionally she acts like the Cats are clogged. Having to give way more throttle just to get moving. Mileage has also dropped.
CEL has been showing P0430 since December.

I went with a custom 2.25 inch X-pipe with no mufflers or resonators and put 4.5 inch Borla tips. It sounds like an old LS1 Corvette and it's extremely aggressive.
I only replaced the exhaust due to a leak. My mufflers from my SC didn't fit so I left it straight pipe. I never ran into the cat clogging issue myself but I have seen people use aftermarket cats instead.
