Hi all.

Got back boxes mufflers removed and strait pipes welded on with 4" tips. Not great video but you get an idea. On motorway no noise just like normal but on low gears / revs you hear V8 roar. My old boxes were badly rusted so it was cheaper to just remove them and go for pipes with tips. [img]

That sounded pretty good just for removing your mufflers.

 

I'm sure your neighbors appreciate the extra noise.

where did you get them from ?

 

I had them custom made. They were chasing LED taillights. But I've had nothing but problems with them. Now the lights on the trunk don't work and the chasing feature doesn't work
either. Don't ever let JP Customs in Memphis, Tennessee do any work for you!

 

Looks good....I'd be curious if anyone at all ever needed to replace the mufflers due to corrosion...on my Maxima, I always wanted to get a custom exhaust but said I'll do that when the original needs replacement....it happened around year 12, and by then, I lost interest....mine look like they are black, but not consistent either, as if they were sprayed black and now some is gone?
