Default Looking for help to remove/replace door locking acctuator

I just bought an '05 LS430 and both front door locking mechanisms are not working. I found the thread that has tons of posts on replacing the motor but there is a lot of info to sift through. I'm a little worried about attempting this and not getting it to work. I called a Lexus certified shop (not a dealer) and they want $325 a side to replace the motor but everyone says it's only $10 for the motor. I thought I saw a viedo where the glass has to be taken out of the door as well.

Does anyone have a good post or even better a video on how to remove and replace the door locking motor.

Below is a nice writeup on how to replace the door lock actuator.

I've also attached pages from the repair manual for the visuals...

I replaced my drivers door actuator last November. You do not have to remove the window glass. You probably have found the 21 page thread dealing with this already. Might be worth your time to browse through that whole thread. Once you get the first door complete the second one will likely take half the time to do...
