Default Need Help - dead battery (locked out)

I tried to open the door nothing happened, tried using the key in the passenger door no luck. Is there a way to open the hood without chopping up the grill?

Doesn't your plastic electronic smart key have a "hidden" manual steel key sheathed inside just for this type of situation?

The key wouldn't work. (It would turn in the key hole but did nothing.) I finally got in, I used a lock out kit. Thanks for responding.

The key turned but wouldn't unlock the car.
