Does anyone know what this means? Does this mean it was inspected by the Lexus dealership prior to being sent to Charlotte for sale?

Campaign sounds like it means recalls. So no open recalls for your VIN. I'm sure there was some inspection of some sort as well as that is standard procedure for almost all major dealers

A service campaign is just an action or repair that can be performed to make something work better or repair something, but is not considered a safety issue, and is not something that absolutely must be done. For example a non-critical part may be known to fail eventually, so they might have an open campaign to just replace it with a revised part, either under warranty, or as customer-pay. Or they may have a campaign out to update the software on the ECU to prevent a false check engine light that might pop up intermittently under certain conditions.

A recall on the other hand is usually safety related, and either something the dealership HAS to do usually because it's required by the government, but sometimes it's voluntary too.

At least, that's what it means at the dealership i work for, but maybe different manufacturers use different terminology.

Anyway it looks like they checked the system for open campaigns and found none.
