I have a 2005 lexus ls430 ultra luxury. The switch on the dash behind the shift that is labeled: Pwr ect snow, does not light up when the lights are on. All of the other switches' lights work fine. How can i remove that small panel to replace the switch or the bulb that lights it. The switch changes from pwr to ect to snow ok, it is just that the light doesn't work.
