Default Driver's Seat Disassembly Help

Discovered another bastardization of my "new" LS430.

Every time I stop or start, I feel movement and a shift in the driver's seat so I thought I would try and figure out what is going on. I was hoping something was loose and the fix would be easy. It appears otherwise.

I removed the bolts securing the seat to the floor and tilted it back to look underneath. It seems someone has done a repair to a support inside...I see some low quality welding.

Anyway, does anyone have a tutorial on taking the seat apart? Basically I need to remove the lower undercarriage of the seat and figure out how to properly repair it.

You can see the weld under the bolt head. I can't tighten the bolt any further and there is movement.

If I can get these last few details fixed, I'll have myself a nice car! Hard to believe it is 10 years old.

Here are pages from the LS430 repair manual. Hope you find your answer in there!
