Long story short alternator went bad and during the course of removal the wires attached to the plug in the back (3 wires) were pulled out of the plug. While I'm capable of fixing this I don't know the pin out of the wires and can't find a concrete answer anywhere and don't have access to the factory service manuals. The 3 wire colors are Red, Pink, and Green, any help would be greatly appreciated I need to get his going ASAP and this is all I need to make the repair.
Here are some information I found for your 2003 LS430.
The 3 conductors to the generator are 1 = Pink/Light Blue; 2 = Red; 3 = Light Blue/Red. They are wired to a common connector labeled as "B" (circled in red in diagram below) and it is called "G2" (also circled in red). These wire colors do not exactly match your description above - please double check before proceeding. According to the diagram, conductor #2 is switched with ignition and #3 is always hot.
