Default 2003 Lexus LS 430. front dash speaker replacement question

I have a lot of static in my drivers side front dash speaker I want to know if I can replace it with something other than the Mark Levinson factory speak. if so is there anything special that I need to do or can I simply cut the connector and wire the speaker positive to positive and negative to negative. anyone have any recommendations on a replacement for the front - speaker?

You have to remove the whole dash. I've researched it. Takes about 2 hours to do it. Mines does the same thing.

What you should do when that happens is turn off the car for a couple of seconds and turn it back on. I do this on my car all the time when it happens.
For some reason it's only the left tweeter that does it
