hi there
check out what i just install on my ls430
i just install an after market multiple and main subject i didn't lost my steering control
and its came with rear and front camera , navigation,Bluetooth , tv , internet ,dvd , usb and iphon and android port , and other usual functions
and i didn't lose my old amplifier
and sorry for bad language AND GRAMMAR MISTAKES because i,m not AMERICAN ..
and guess how much that cost me the frame and screen and camera and installation

there are modules u can buy to keep your steering wheel controls.

Any links or manufacturers that do this?

I am about to buy a vaistech sl3b unit for my non nav 01, only because I was unaware you could retain steering wheel controls with an aftermarket head unit.

Screen doesn't look too bad. But the wood color doesn't match the interior, which is beautiful interior you have.
