I have a2005 lexus ls430 i need to change temperature from f to c and the The dashboard from mails to km

I think your dealer will have to set this for you. You can change the navigation screen (MENU > Setup > Distance) from "mile" to "KM", but I don't think the dashboard will change. Alternatively, I believe you can use Techstream to change your setting to a different "Unit Conversion".

You are able to change the digital digits, that is do-able via programming. But as for the speedometer cluster, you need a new one.

 

Doesn't your speedometer pointer show both miles per hour and and kilometers per hour dials? U.S. versions of LS show both units/measurements of speed.

 

I think (speculation on my part) the OP was asking how to change his odometer and trip-meter on the dashboard to show "KM" instead of "miles".

 

We can change the odometer reading from miles to KMS.
