My LS430 stalls slightly when I push full throttle.

And sometimes it stalls ALOT!

Anyone have a fix suggestion?

Has the car ever been tuned up? Have the MAF sensor and throttle body every been cleaned? Any codes?

transmission fluid change and pan drop. sounds like a possible overheated tranny.

Cleaning the MAF and Throttle Body is where I would start as well. There are DIY instructions here on the website and is not difficult. Purchase some MAF and Throttle Body cleaner for $10 bucks. Great low cost procedure that could solve your problem.

Always start with the small fixes and build up to the higher more expensive ones.

Like the guys said, try MAF cleaning at first. That should do it.

Also some fuel injector cleaners or fuel compartment cleaner as well.

I would leave the tranny alone.
