Replaced car battery
Just bought a UL 05 as is from local used car dealer. sunroof and homelink has no power. Notice battery was replaced sometime in July 2014. Can replacing a battery caused vehicle computer to loose it memory on sunroof and homelink system? Called Lexus and I was told to bring the car in. Have anyone had experient this issue?. Does anyone know how to re-program the car computer system to recognize sunroof and homelink?

Changing the battery should not impact homelink (garage door opener) programming.
The homelink circuit is powered through a 7.5A fuse in the driver side kick panel J/B labeled "SECURITY".
The sun roof circuit involves 2 fuses. (1) the motor is powered through a 30A fuse in the trunk J/B labeled "S/ROOF", and (2) the ECU is powered through a 7.5A fuse in the passenger J/B labeled "P-IG".
To troubleshoot your "no power" problem, first check these 3 fuses to make sure they are good. Then the next step is to open up the overhead console to check for loose/unplugged connectors.

Right before I traded my 430, my battery went. I had just replaced it not two years ago so they gave me a new battery. When we cranked the car, all my radio stations were still programmed and my homelink settings were still in tact. Must be something else.

Appreciated for your input. Checked all three fuses and they are good. My next step is to search for wire schematic for the car. Do you guys happen to know where I can download wire schematic for 05 UL? I had checked the overhead console and took it to hooked up with a friend' s car and it was working good.

Sunroof and homelink
I can not operate sunroof and homelink. Hit any sunroof switch and it does not do anything. Press any homelink button and no indicator light come on. I believe they do not hove power to them. All fuses are good. The lights are working. The console is good because I took it off to put on a friend car and switches and buttons work perfectly.

Update on Sunroof
Thanks RKW77080 for taking your time to provide a drawing for sunroof and homelink. Turned ignition ON, checked terminal 26 to terminal 1 ground and no power shown, 26 to body ground and still got no power, tested terminal 1 to body ground and got nothing beside broken peach sound on the tester. Did not have a chance to check on homelink yet.

OK, you've identified one problem source. Terminal 26 provides power for you to operate the sun roof from the overhead switch, so if you're not getting power with ignition ON, the overhead switch won't work. This tells us that you have a break in the wire harness between the "P-IG" fuse and terminal 26. When you have a chance, check terminal 13 to terminal 1 with ignition ON to see if you have 12V power there. Terminal 13 provides power for the garage opener homelink.
I suspect the connector "II 1" is either loose or possibly corroded since it's common to both the sun roof and the homelink circuits. I would start there! Unplug the "II 1" connector and test for 12V power with ignition ON. The "P-IG" wire is light green / red color, and the homelink wire is green / white color.
Let's try this... Insert your metal key into the driver-side door handle, turn clockwise and hold for a few seconds to see if all your windows and sun roof will open (BTW, press and hold the "Unlock" button on your fob will do the same thing). This does not require the ignition to be ON. To close the windows and sun roof afterwards, turn the metal key counter-clockwise and hold for a few seconds (unfortunately, you cannot do this with your fob remotely). Please let me know if you're able to get the sun roof to open and close.

Sunroof and homelink issue
RKW77080, thank you very much for your help me solve this issue. The II1 got disconnected. I did not know how that happened. The car was a one owner and not much service history on Carfax report. Now it makes me believe that the cas was in some kind of service without records keeping.
Once again I appreciated your help sir.
