Nav issue please help!

Nav issue please help!

My 05 ls430 isn't reading its nav dvd and saying that I need to contact the dealer on the screen. Anyone ever have this happen and is there a fix that I can use?

I think I would reinsert the Nav DVD. Another option might be to disconnect the battery. It sounds like you just need to reset it. What have you got to lose besides your station presets?
