My 2005 LS430 is about 2 inches wider and 7 inches longer than my former 2000 ES300.
But it looks like a much bigger car, and for some strange reason, there was much less space when I parked it in my garage, due to the angled wall on the front left side near a hot water heater; I could no longer walk around my car from the front left into the house: I had to walk behind it, and if I didn't park far enough into the garage, walking space between the closed garage door and the car's trunk is minimal.
