Default Horn problem.

Hey everyone. I have this annoying problem with horn not working as you start the car.
In the morning I start the car, worm up and start driving. If I need to use my horn it will not work for the first 3-4 tries and then starts working fine. It happens every time I shut off and then restart my car. Asked around, one guy told me it's a clock spring, another said the whole air bag needs to be changed. I'm stumped and it's a safety hazard. Any ideas?

The clock spring is a possibility. The easiest thing to check would be the horn switch itself.

Can you hear a "click" when you hit the horn button (when it's not actually tooting)?

Haven't listen to it closely but I don't think so. I'll check and post the result.
