You're going to at least have to shave the rears and roll the fronts. What size tires are you planing on running?
You may also want to get the longer rear lower arms to add some camber to the rears to help with clearance. The front adjustment should be good for about -3*.
You'll be fine if you run 225's and 245's. My previous setup before I rebarreled my rims were 20x9 +22 and 20x10 +23, only rears were shaved and not completely. Camber will be fine with stock arms, just seriously think about higher spring rates for the front(at least 14kg/mm) so you don't damage the arches accidentally.
The 10 +22's will fit more aggressively than the 8.5 +15's.
I'm speaking of rim lip to fender relation, as the front and rear fenders don't correlate. A 10 +22 on the rear is more aggressive than the 8.5 +15 on the front.
Also, 8.5 +15 is basically the same as a 9 +21 without taking tenths of a mm into consideration
