Just had to post a photo of my new 2005 LS430 - Black Cherry Pearl with the cashmere interior (a black interior would have looked great too!). The car is equipped with the "Gold" package on the front grille, wheels, and on the trunk lid. What a great ride. For eight years I have been driving a 1993 LS400 and thought that was a sweet ride. What a difference. The previous owner kept every receipt, repair job description, etc. There are two options missing from the car: the "sports mode" option and the rear entertainment/air-conditioning package. I bought the car for $15,000 and it only had 81,000 miles on it. The only minor issue with buying the car is that the dealer took off the gold license plate covers and threw them away! So I have bought new ones. For now, I'll keep it the way I bought. I may add window tinting later. It also needs an updated navigation DVD.

Only question I have is where is a good source for a new navigation DVD. A local Lexus dealer or someplace online?

I bought my upgrade disc for 20 bucks lol, Works great never had a single issue.

There are several feature packages that were offered on the US model 2005 LS430.
Check out the Custom Luxury selection as well as the Ultra Luxury selection that you mentioned.
