Default O2 sensor replaced now VSC issues

Hi all,

I had an O2 sensor replaced last week. the mech cleared the codes.
I decided to wait a week before going for my drive clean emissions test.
the car passed without any problems. When I left I started the car and the on board system did not report any problems. As soon as I put the car in drive and started to move forward the VSC OFF appeared. I went back in to ask the tester about why the light came on when I did not have any problems with the system before it was hooked up the test equipment. He replied that it has nothing to do with their equipment.

Not sure now what my options are. Will the error eventually reset itself?

I have read a few posts about similar issues but nothing definitive.
Can anyone shed some light on whats going on?

Thanks

First, have the codes read and see what the computer is saying is wrong. Then post back here. Can't really diagnose it without this. Also, you have 4 O2 sensors. Which one did you replace?

If you have a near AutoZone, they'll do the code reading for free.
Just wanted to put that out there.

Good luck.

How to reset the VSC has been posted on this forum but I can't find it. The following thread on LOC describes how to reset it: http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums...1/#entry418369

I had the same thing, mechanic forgot to hook something back up. Might have been a vacuum hose or wire or something.
