Default head rest vertical adjustment

Does anyone know how to vertically adjust the head rest in the LS430? I'm not sure if it makes a difference but this is for a '02 LS. On the passenger side, I grabbed the head rest and pulled it up (vertically), but now can't figure out how to make it go back down. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks,
Randy G.

On my 06 LS , the largest vertically oriented power seat button, the one that adjusts angle of seat back also raises and lowers the head rest. Move the button vertically up to raise headrest and vertically down to lower.

Not sure if you're still on this forum, but I have a 1991 LS400 and need to know how to remove the head rest to install a seat cover.
This car is a beater car and has been causing me tons of stress. It would be great to make it look a little nicer and possibly sell it this summer.
The past 2 weeks I've owned it have been far too stressful. But meantime, I do want to cover the seats so it'll look better. I tried to remove the
top but it won't go. There's no lever to remove. Car's 30 years old so I don't know. Please advise. Thank you.
