Default 2004 UL - Deciphering Service History

I was wondering if anyone could explain the Suspension RED issue that appears @ 90 and 70k Service intervals. Since it's an UL, I have some concerning if the air suspension is chronically "bad" in this particular vehicle. Thanks in advance.

Seems like they're using a color coded system just like:
Red = Stop
Yellow = Caution
Green= Go

Could be wrong though. Later!

I know on the inspection sheets at VW where I work, Red means "Needs immediate attention/replacement", Yellow means will need attention in the near future, etc.

I'd call the dealer as jimbosr has said.

I have never have seen colors listed on a Lexus maint history report and I have looked at a hundred + of them...interesting.

RED could be letters standing for a number of things but since there is also a notation of Yellow and Yel, I would guess that yellow and red notation is used by this dealer to indicate level of concern for a recommended repair. So brakes "red" might mean brakes need immediate repair. A call to that dealer's service manager would help clear the mystery.

They use the colors on my invoices at my local lexus dealer. If it needs immediate attention they put **RED** like that next to what the item that needs repair is. They put **YELLOW** next to other items. My service guy says red should be done while that car is currently at the dealer and yellow should be done either this or next trip to the dealer (within 6 months)...hope this helps

I'm responding here for 2 reasons:

One is to cllarify what I "think" is a misunderstanding. I think the OP highlighted the text in red on his own and that is not the way it appears on the service history. This was probably done to make it easier to identify the entries.

Two is because I have the same question regarding the service history (@ lexus.drivers.com website) for my new (to me) 2011 GS350.

Anyone have "non warrantable operation code" in their service histories and know what it was in your particular case?

If you go to the dealer and take printout from their system it gives lot more descriptive information.
That is one of the things I did before I bought my car.
