Default Lexus Personalized

Hey guys, I recently purchased an IS350 a couple of months ago and now am up for my 5000 mile service. I recieved an letter from my dealer where I purchased the vehicle and along was the Lexus Personalized voucher. Do I have to go to my dealer where I purchased the vehicle from or can any other dealer do the personalized option? The only reason I ask is because the dealer I want to service my vehicle at is closer to me than the one where I purchased from. Thanx.

You can bring in to any dealer. You don't have to have it done now. I did my like 8 months later, so I have time and decided what best suit me. Hope that help!!!

Sounds good. Thanx for the replies. Do they give you a list on what you can do or do you have to pretty much research what you want.

You should have received such a list included with the manual and papers packet. I just filled mine out and presented it to the dealer at the 5K service. As the list shows what items are defaulted, you may find only a few items you may want to change.
