Offset Gurus please Help!!
I found the wheels I want they are HRE 549's 19x8 but they are a 5x112 bolt pattern, go figure. My 2 options as I understand them are adapters or re-drilling them. My worry with the adapter is I can only find adapters that are an 1" thick (25.4mm) and the wheels offset is already +39, will they fit with a 235/35/19 front tire and 235/40/19 rear tire? As far as re-drilling I really have no idea what my options here are except maybe sleeving the wheels or just making the original hole bigger considering they are hub-centric wheels I would just need more room to tighten them down.

I apparently have a 3rd option, Variation Lugs?? Anyone used these or know where I can get them. Apparently German wheels are drilled for 14mm studs but our cars use 12mm studs and you can use these bolts with no wheel modification is needed.

If the rims are hubcentric, meaning the rims center bore is the same 60.1mm as our hub bore, then no you don't need(and couldn't even install) hubcentric rings. With "tuner" lug nuts, your rims will also be "lug centric".
