Default How do you remove the HID bulb from the socket???

I've got the socket and bulb loose, but can't remove the bulb from the socket. It looks like it should twist and then come out. But, I can't get it loose. Help!!!

I'm having this same issue. Twisted off rubber protector, unclipped the metal things, took out the socket, pulled the metal backing off, and now I can't get the bulb out. Shouldn't I just be able to twist and pull? What would cause it to stick?

The two metal clips should hinge and swing downwards. The bulb should be 100% loose at that point, since those metal clips put pressure against the bulb base.
