Default Suspension

I've got an 02 LS with 158K miles. Nothing has been done with the exception of 3 sets of front brakes, 2 sets of rears and a timing belt. We love the car and want to keep it forever. To rebuild the front and rear suspensions, what parts should be replaced?

I want to do it all at once using genuine Lexus parts. I don't want to hurt the ride any. We've done trans, rear axle, coolant fluid changes and of course oil changes (7500 miles) but any other ideas on what to freshen up?

BTW. I've only used midrange gas since I've owned her. Bought her with 48K.

Its a standard 430, no air suspension or UL

I'd be very interested in this as well. I have 135K on an 04, and my ride seems overly floaty and not nearly as controlled as I think it used to be. Is this just a shock issue, or are there other suspension gremlins at play here?

I guess I didn't ask the right question.

In the front, do the lower control arms/bushings, ball joints, outer tie rods, and I'm guessing your shocks, but can't be for sure since I have air suspension on mine. Upper control arms are expensive parts and involve more labor to replace and may not be necessary. Sway bar mounting bushings and new end links are recommended. Also be sure to replace the four rubber mounting bushings on your steering rack, the rack does not need to be removed to do this.

In the rear you might not need anything.

Thanks ancdmd, That's just what I was looking for. I would have had no idea to replace the steering rack bushings
