Default Suspension Parts to Change

Hey everyone. I am going to be working on the brakes on my car fairly soon and I was wondering what parts of the suspension I could change out for a better ride. I am looking for things that are relatively easy to replace and parts that just wear out over time. Any thoughts on what to tackle?
Thanks!

the car is over engineered for what ist is designed for ..cruising, and unless there is a problem let it go unless a reputable shop says otherwise.

Ok cool. I am hearing some clunking from the front, not too terribly concerned, just wanting to do what I can for my baby!

In addition to the brake pads make sure you get the fit kit which includes some small brake hardware pieces, these along with proper greasing will keep the brakes quiet. The part of the suspension that is most likely to fail is the rear lower control arm bushing, it is oil filled and can tear and leak, resulting in some noises. Unfortunately the entire lower control arm needs to replaced as one unit in this case. Ball joints are also easy to access so check those while you're at it.

Wrong... Front lower control arm's rear bushing is separately replaceable...
