Is this a good deal?

I have a 1997 sc400 88k miles. I have found a 2001 Ultra Luxury LS430 with 125k on it for 11k good shape. Should I make the switch?

edit: If your going from the sc to the ls then id consider it as long as the regular maintinence is taken care of on the ls your looking at!!

a SC to a LS is a downgrade??

That's a good deal just make sure that the water pump and belts have been changed and all the electronics still work
