Default Transmission replaced!

Wats going everybody just was on Lexus USA doing a service history look up got my vehicle. Found out that my 0016149 4LC REPL AUTO TRANS (SSC)
Was replaced and 0016149 4LB REPL FUEL PUMP KIT (SSC)
And sumthing that says refer to D line and line A.

So I'm wondering is it a good thing it was replaced at 10,000 miles or it's that a problem that may occur again, as of now I'm at 90,000 mi…

I could be wrong, but back when I was looking into buying my LS I think some of the early 2004 models had the tranny recall.

I can't remember what it was for though.

ALL '04s before a certain VIN needed this campaign performed. A batch of parking pawls were below spec and had the potential to snap when the car was parked on a steep incline without the emergency brake engaged.

Despite there being like 2 reported cases of it actually happening (both in China IIRC) Lexus ran a full service campaign covering every possibly affected car. As disassembling the transmission to replace the part would have been too difficult and time consuming they shipped whole transmissions over from Japan for complete replacement ($$$).

My history (2002 UL) shows replaced transmission at 29,000 miles, July 2006. Log entry says "special service campaign".

That is a good thing that it was replaced that early on, SSC stands for special service campaign.. those were "so called - recalls" done by the manufacture...
