Cool. Thanks for the help. I hope the harness is the same one you got. I just ordered the harness from ebay not to long ago... already have the drl vled module and the hid kit.

Yes, your DRL becomes both your DRL and High beams, though you would rarely use your highs as the LS's standard beam is so good already.

LOL.!!. I got the 6k. HID brand is exactly like the ones you bought. I don't know why in the pic it kind of looks green.

I also have 6k in the fogs and also changed the stock headlight bulbs to 6k.

those look like 3k's... or non heated up 6k's...

Note: Leave HID's on for at least 8 minutes after initial installation to burn off any oils that may have accumalated on the bulb itself...

Now if you can wire up DRL with the fogs on at the same time, that would be a sight to see.

LED from high end vendors would be pretty comparable to the HID cost from eBay. Total cost from this eBay setup is around $60.

Default More update

Now that fall is getting close, I decided to swap the 6000k DRL HID Bulb (left hand side in image below) to a 3000k color (right hand side) You can really tell the difference. The replacement bulbs were super inexpensive, only $13 shipped for the pair. Swap out was pretty easy, took about 10 minutes for both side. See below.

this is where i am having problems. lol. so you not using the factory connectors for the ballast. instead you use the relay that connects to the battery connect it to the ballast than you use the v-led modules for what? unless i see a picture i am dumb. lol

i connected the factory plugs to ballast and alli get is a flicker unles i turn on the high beam than they come on. but when i put it on drive and turn off the high beam the bulb just flickers. so i bought the v-leds modules 2 of them since they said those modules bump up the voltage to 12v and it still flickers. i connect the factory plug to module and the other end to the ballast on both driver and passenger side. and it still flickers. i also have the relay and tried the relay which connects to battery. one wire to the battery and the 2 plugs to the ballast and it still flickers. i'm lost
