You need to program the unit using the "Force 3 Mode" programing. Should be on page 15 of the manual.

Thanks for the help ...

I need people to explain to me some points ...

When I read SL2V Application Guide http://www.vaistech.com/manuals/SL2V...on%20Guide.pdf ... I found my car specification

I found my car specification :

Model :LS 430
Year : 2004-2006
Entertainment Package : With Navigation
Emulation : MD-Force3

But I do not know what is the MD ... I dont have MD in my car ... I have only CD changer ( 6 CD'S ) ... so I am confused ... I did not find (CD-Force3) for example ... So I do not know if the SL2Vu is compatible with my car or not ...

So I will tell you what are the steps that I am puzzled at work

Do I do these steps only?

Or this steps only ?

Or I do step 1 and No. 2?

I am puzzled and I need your help

You will need to put the unit into the "MD" position. Even though your car is not equipped with an mini disk player you would still use that programming mode. You would only need to do the instructions you labeled 2.

You need to do 2 steps:

1) Set the unit to MD mode (instructions should be on the page before or after your picture 1)

2) After the unit it set to MD mode, enable Force3 mode (picture 2).

All LS430s have MD capability. It is only enabled for select markets in the world. Just follow the instructions provided for your year and model.

To see video, make sure you are in PARK with the parking brake enabled. Then press the DISC button near the tape deck to cycle through the menus until you see DVD. Then tap the PICTURE button and you will get a black screen.

Then you go to your iPod and play a video using the iPod itself. You cannot control video using the vehicle controls.
